Sign Requirements as approved by Ocean Ranch HOA.

All type shall be Avant Garde upper and lower case in black.

A. Exterior grade sign blank.  Edges are to be finished.  All surfaces painted white.

B. Bear Brand logo in black.

C. Transaction Description.  Maximum 3" high letters.

D. Agency Name.  Maximum 3" high letters for single line.  Maximum 2" high letters for two lines.

E. Agents name and phone number.  Max 2" high letters and numbers.  Only one phone number allowed. 

F. Accent border - 1/4" wide black line with 1/2" wide white border outside.

B. Bear Brand logo in dark brown.

C. Print type on the sign shall be Avant Garde upper case in dark brown.

D. "Cameray Pointe" lettering must be Lucidia Calligraphy upper and lower case in dark brown.

E. Only one line for Company Name, one line for Agent Name, and one line for Telephone Number. 

F. Accent border - 1/4" wide black line with 1/2" wide white border outside.

B. Font is Arial Bold.

C. Ink color is Saphire Blue.

A. Signs are 16.5" x 20" and cut out of 1/2" MDO.   

B. Font is Times New Roman Bold.

C. Colors must be Beige on Brown.

A. For Sale signs are 12" x 18" and printed on 1/4" PVC.   Open House signs are 12" x 24" and are also printed on 1/4" PVC.

B. Font for all text is Goudy Old Style Bold.

C. Colors must be Beige on Dark Green. 

D. On the Open House signs, agent information (ie. Initials, or Telephone Number) is only allowed in the beige box in the lower corner.

A. Listing Signs are 24" x 18" and are printed on 1/4" PVC.

B. Font for all text is Times New Roman Bold.

C. Colors must be White and Regatta Blue.   

Sign Requirements as approved by Talega HOA.

A. Open House signs are all made on 18" x 24" 6mm coroplast. 

B.  Agent Information font is Myriad Bold.

C. Colors must be Dark Brown on White. 

D. Agent information (ie Name, or Telephone Number) are restricted to the small box in the bottom right hand corner of the sign. 

Sign Requirements as approved by Woodbridge HOA.

A. Listing Signs are 12" x 18" and printed on 4mm coroplast. 

B.  Agent information is in white ink and normally in Arial font.  Agent information goes in the blank area at the bottom of the signs. 

C. Colors must be White on Dark Brown.
